Collects unique data from social media to help gain insight into key drivers of migration flows - why people move, where they move, and what makes them stay and settle.
_The Regional Development Effects Module
Identifies the spatial effects of mobility on the economic, social, and environmental conditions of both sending and receiving regions – in short, a closer look at the regions which people move away from and the ones they flock to.
_The Regional Policy Module and Dashboard
An evidence-based palette of feasible regional policy alternatives for turning the individual benefits of mobility into societal benefits. A concrete tool to help policymakers design strategies and policies that benefit both migrants and hosting communities, promoting inclusive and sustainable regional development. Which policies attract skilled migrants? The Resilient Regions Policy Dashboard is an interactive database that transforms our research into tailored policy ideas. It provides information on state and regional-level development and migration projections in Europe. Explore by development landscapes, actual regional policies or migration trends.
