This report examines the determinants and consequences of Polish mobility within the European Union, drawing on case studies in Denmark, the Netherlands and Spain, as well as research in selected Polish sending regions. It analyses why Polish citizens move, how they contribute in destination regions, and how mobility shapes social and economic conditions in their communities of origin. The findings provide comparative insights into intra-EU mobility, integration experiences and transnational ties.

This report presents a harmonised dataset of migration flows within and between European countries, disaggregated by age, gender and educational level. Using advanced demographic and statistical methods, it provides policymakers with comparable evidence on mobility patterns and regional population change. The dataset underpins the PREMIUM_EU policy dashboard, supporting analysis of labour supply, skills distribution and demographic trends across Europe.
